Cancellation & Refund Policy

For our courses, group coaching program, certification programs and online trainings, please refer to the Terms of Use for each specific offer or to the Terms of Use of this Website.

FOR E-COURSES, ONLINE CONSULTATIONS, WEBINARS & ALL ONLINE EVENTS

No refunds allowed. Credit for a future course will be provided for online courses/webinars.

Transferring ticket to another individual is allowed:

TRANSFER OF TICKET:

The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) 24 hours prior to event at no charge, must email general@coachlab.space within this window to facilitate the transfer of ticket, with Subject Line: “TICKET TRANSFER: [NAME OF WORKSHOP]”;

For IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Workshop registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.

If sufficient confirmed registrations have not been received 7 days in advance of the scheduled starting date, the workshop may be cancelled.

 

In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the following refunds will apply:

If notice is received 7 or less days from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered;

and If notice is received 7 or more days from the scheduled starting date, a 50% refund will be offered.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
